Nah I had nothing running otherwise, so I assume its just my limited graphics properties. I applied updates to the drivers, but it remains the same. Good news though, it displays fine in the editor, its just Animation preview window where it encounters problems. Also, it exports fine as well, so I guess I thought it was strange.
Also the issue remains with the Starburst effects, its just the animation preview window that shows the animation all pixelated.
