Ok cool. I made a slight change, you can download a new version here: http://www.rigzsoft.co.uk/files/TimelineFXEditorSetup.exe
This will eliminate any chance that the transparencey option is somehow being disabled after the first frame. You can just install over the top of the previous version. Give it a try and let me know.
