Hi, I had a quick go, I think it’s a fairly straightforward effect.
I created an effect with 2 emmiters, one blue one red. I set them both to single particles and on the alpha overtime graph I made them pulse twice, except they both pulse at different times. I imagine a police light has a blue and red light that rotate so the red and blue alternate which is what I tried to recreate here.
On the effect tab you’ll see I set the effect type to a line effect so that I could spawn more than 1 particle for each emitter to increase or decrease the intensity of the light using the emission settings x field. The only other thing I adjusted is the lifetime of the particles which I set to 500ms, you can adjust that depending on how fast the lights should ‘rotate’.
