Hi folks,
my name is Emmanuel, I have been a long time LightWave3D artist (some 15 years) and am currently developing games with my buddy Ed, using (amongst others) BlitzMax.
So I purchased TimelineFX today after playing with the trial, and it sure is a nice tool.
I wonder if the topic has come up already, but is there a way to use frames instead of milliseconds and maybe pixels instead of vague units ?
Thanks.
Bye,
Emmanuel

Most measurements are in pixels or pixels per second, and I’ve never really thought about measuring things in frames, I guess that’s just me maybe taking a more programming view then an artists view to things? 🙂
I guess you had a good reason for that, its just different tastes I guess 🙂 I wonder if an optional frame thing could be implemented in future versions.
