Hello,
Purchased your program about a year ago.
Recently started having issues with the renders becoming pixelated when saving, and was told it was best to uninstall and reinstall the program.
I have done that and re-registered, but now, I am unable to access the effects library.
I still get the trial effects despite my registration/restarting computer.
Could I please get a link to download the effects again? Thanks.
Hi, not sure I follow what you mean, the example effects load if “Load Examples on Startup” is checked under the File menu, so if you re installed then it probably reset again. all the other effects can be download from here: https://www.rigzsoft.co.uk/effects-libraries/ under the downloads menu.
If you re-registered then you should be good to go. Hope that helps!
That worked. Thanks!
By the way, this is the issue I kept having with the program.
Whenever I did the final render, it would turn out looking like this:

I have had no problems with the program, until I downloaded the timelinefx alpha trial version – which kept freezing my computer – so I uninstalled. Since then, the above image (as in the pixelated and blurred appearance) kept happening to all my renders/animations I made in the regular Timeline FX program.
P.S: Update…still getting the pixelated animations/render even with the new installation.
I am baffled as to why this is happening.
Hmm that’s really strange, is it just a PNG export as a sprite sheet you’re doing? And what are the computer specs that you are running on? You could upload the effects somewhere or email them to me at pete@rigzsoft.co.uk and I could try as well to recreate the error.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I have sent an email to you with the screenshots and all that. š
