I would like to present my Android game that uses extensively effects from TimelineFX. It’s a castle defender type of game. You can play as one of three characters: Ranger, Mage or Engineer. Mage uses many effects for its spells. World consists of different environments: Fields, Polar, Inferno, Swamp, Desert and Elven Forest, where are used effects like waterfall, snow, lava and other effects. Also I used lightshafts for selecting character. I have to say that TimelineFX provides a nice range of high quality effects, which I thank for and I hope to see more effect libraries in the near future.

Hey that looks great š Will there be an iPhone version?
I’m using LibGdx as a framework. To port it to Iphone I would need Mac : “A Mac, iOS Development does not work on Windows/Linux thanks to Apple.” this is what is written on LibGdx setup page. I was considering it to port it, but when I saw that, then it made it impossible for me to port it, at least at the moment, since I don’t have any funds to spend on extra equipment.
It’s bad that TimelineFx doesn’t work with 3D, since I’m going to use Unity for my second game and I really would like to use your libraries, they are very nice. At least I’ll try to cheat somehow to make 2D look like 3D.
I have a lot of experience using TimelineFX and Unity together within a 3D environment. So if you ever want some advice, feel free to get in touch. PM me for an Email address if you’d like.
All the best,
Ryan
